Step into a BODY COMBAT™ workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired Les Mills workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A Les Mills instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYBALANCE
WHAT IS BODYBALANCE ?
Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
LES MILLS BODYBALANCE is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

BODYATTACK
What is BODYATTACK?
BODY ATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to total beginners and total addicts alike. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. For those looking to increase the intensity and drive phenomenal results.

Cycle
WHAT IS Cycle?
This class is 30-45 min in duration riding on a stationary bike listening to exhilarating music. The instructor’s choice of music mix will bring you through a journey of mixed terrains including flat, fast country sides, slow hills, long mountain climbs and even some out of seat jumps. Get ready for the ride of your life! MAX class 6 participants

In our class Kosama by DynamiX, we provide a comprehensive, personal-trainer inspired and written exercise format, but in a fun and energetic group setting. Kettlebells, Kickboxing, Cardio, TRX, Circuit Training, Core, Recovery…you get it all!
